Microsoft Dynamics is changing the names of their Service and Support plans starting April 1, 2015. They will be removing “Business Ready” from each of the plan names.
The updated plan names are:
Prior to April 1, 2015, customer quotes will have the “Business Ready” in the plan name. This change is in the name only and there are no changes to the valued benefits from Microsoft.
