Boyer & Associates has once again been recognized as a top reseller of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
ERP Global Insights (formerly Bob Scott’s Insights) puts out a list of the Top 100 Value-Added Resellers (VARs) of financial management software each July. Boyer & Associates has made the list every year since the list debuted in 2009.
This year’s report is titled “The Top 100 Move to the New Normal.” Based on annual revenue, the latest report serves as a good indicator of how well the nation’s top-rated ERP/accounting software providers weathered the 2020 pandemic.
According to the report, a forced move toward remote work last year caused a sharp uptick in the number of companies looking for cloud solutions to replace their aging on-premise ERP systems. While some companies made deep staffing cuts and made do with existing technology, others accelerated their timeline for moving to the cloud.
The trend toward cloud-based software and remote work has affected how companies choose their implementation partner too. No longer is it crucial that ERP software support partners be in close physical proximity to their clients. That has allowed Boyer & Associates to expand its mostly Midwest regional client base and take on more clients nationwide.
