Microsoft announced the 2023 award winners on June 28 in the US Partner Community Blog. There were nearly 800 submissions for this particular award.
“We are humbled to be noticed by Microsoft and be rewarded for our commitment to our customers and the nonprofit community,” said founder and president Jack Boyer.
When American Foundation for the Blind wanted to replace NetSuite, Boyer & Associates showcased the unparalleled accessibility features of the Microsoft stack to win the deal. The nonprofit was so pleased with the results that they referred a fellow organization to Boyer. That referral garnered another win for the Minneapolis-based reseller and Microsoft’s accessible tech.
Those two wins are just a part of why Boyer won this year’s Microsoft US Partner of the Year award for Social Impact, Inclusion Changemaker.
A Microsoft Partner of the Year focused on nonprofits
Boyer said a resounding “yes” long ago to serving the nonprofit industry. Jack Boyer is passionate about helping nonprofits work more efficiently so they can succeed in their mission. When we started selling Microsoft ERP solutions in 1994, some of our first clients came from the nonprofit arena. They have stuck with Boyer because they recognize and appreciate our dedication to helping them meet their mission.
In the middle of the pandemic, we expanded our services and built a robust CE practice. This investment allows us to provide our clients with even more scalable solutions from within the Dynamics 365 portfolio.
We were also a Launch partner for Microsoft’s Cloud for Nonprofit toolset. Today, 1 out of every 5 of our clients is a nonprofit, crossing both ERP and CRM solutions.
