Boyer & Associates is pleased to welcome our newest Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architect, Jeremy Bring.
A North Dakotan born and bred, Bring grew up on a farm near where the developer of Microsoft Dynamics GP got his start. Bring has been working with Microsoft technology since 2005. He started with Dynamics GP and moved on to Dynamics CRM starting in 2010. He appreciates the seamless integrations within the platform.
“With the Microsoft platform everything is so integrated together, it’s easy to move around from one product to the next. They all kind of fit together,” he said.
Bring’s first job out of college was for a support company. He quickly shifted over to consulting where he could spend more time helping clients develop the perfect solution.
“I thought that would be fun to meet with clients and figure out what is it that they need and set up software for them,” he said.
He helped one client develop a software solution that tied their retail and financial data together. He helped another develop recruiting software that integrated with Dynamics.
“That was challenging and fun,” he said.
Bring enjoys learning from his clients, branching out into different industries and seeing how each company works. While he thrives on requirements gathering and figuring out the perfect solution, it’s ultimately the clients that keep him enjoying the work.
“They were awesome people to work with. They were so nice,” he said of his latest client.
Bring enjoys meeting new people and has had fun working with each client on various projects. He said his favorite part of consulting is “being able to develop a solution that works for the client and in the end making them happy.”
Bring saw the Boyer name pop up while searching LinkedIn for a new job. He discovered that he already knew a couple of people on the team. The teamwork mentality of the others further impressed him throughout the interview process.
“Everyone just kind of works together really well,” he said.
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution architect, Bring will focus on design/architecture work, discovery meetings and writing solution blueprints for clients and potential clients. He hit the ground running with client meetings on day one and is eager to start helping clients figure out the best solution for them.
Bring lives in West Fargo, ND, with his wife of 16 years, Emily and their 12-year-old twins. When he gets spare time, he enjoys basketball, motocross and cheering on his children in their activities. He coached his son’s basketball coach last year and just finished watching his daughter perform in a school play.
