Microsoft partner now supports enterprise-level ERP
Boyer & Associates is bringing Microsoft’s enterprise-level ERP into its growing list of impressive solutions. The Minneapolis-based reseller now sells and supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (formerly Finance and Operations).
President Jack Boyer struck an agreement with xMile, LLC, headed by Catherine Dean. Her company has an experienced team of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management consultants.
“Cathy and I have known and trusted each other a long time,” Boyer said. “We are both confident that this alliance will help us keep our larger clients on the Microsoft brand. Clients sometimes outgrow our traditional mid-ranged ERP products, and now we have an easy solution for them as they grow.”
Boyer & Associates has long been known as a provider of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, starting with on-premises Dynamics SL in 1994. The Minneapolis-based company has added multiple Microsoft solutions over the years, including Dynamics GP, NAV and cloud-based 365 Business Central.
More recently, Boyer added several Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions to the mix. Boyer’s clients now have access to a full suite of Microsoft-based software solutions through the same Microsoft partner.
Boyer’s client base has historically come from the SMB (Small to Medium Business) arena. This latest alliance positions Boyer to better support clients as they grow as well as other enterprise-level businesses.
“Both clients and Microsoft want a partner who can ‘do it all.’ For us, this is a nice way to be able to keep quality of service high while meeting that demand,” Boyer said.
From Dean’s perspective, this provides their clients access to other Microsoft solutions beyond ERP/finance management.
“Sometimes change is needed to stretch and grow,” said Dean. “With this change we will be able to offer other related Microsoft products and support … Ultimately, we believe this move will fuel our growth both individually and collectively and position us to bring even more value to our clients.”
