Boyer & Associates is proud to be a partner for the upcoming 2017 Twin Cities Tech Pulse conference.
Tech Pulse is billed as “the premier technology conference and expo in the Twin Cities.” SUCCESS Computer Consulting and MyTech Partners have hosted the annual conference for the past 11 years.
This year’s event will be held Wednesday, April 19 at the St. Paul RiverCentre in St. Paul. Organizers expect more than 30 vendors and 400 attendees.
This year the conference will focus on the theme, “A Mature Look at the Cloud.” As cloud-based technology has become more prevalent, its reach has seeped into every area of business. Whether allowing employees to work remotely or meeting the expectations of digital-savvy customers, companies have had to change the way they do business.
With the ubiquitous nature of the cloud in mind, the 36 breakout sessions feature a wide range of topics including malware, web trends, Windows 10, cyber security and more. Attendees can choose from one of four different tracks to find the breakout sessions that best pertain to their area of expertise.
The day-long event also features two highly rated keynote speakers. Doug Splinter, chief architect at the Microsoft Technology Center will discuss security in the cloud during the morning keynote session. The lunch keynote session features Mark Lanterman, chief technology officer of Computer Forensic Services, discussing recent cyber-crime events.
