Users of Dynamics SL sometimes have a difficult time remembering to use the tab key to move to the next field during data entry in the input screens.
A fix to this is a somewhat hidden option. In the tools menu item there is an option to use the enter key to move from one field to the next. Turning on this preference is a simple process as shown below:
1. From the main menu of Dynamics SL there is a button in the top right hand corner, Tools. Click on Tools and select Options.
2. Select the below option and click OK.
This is a user specific option so each user will have the ability to select their preference. This can also be helpful for new employees who are not familiar with Dynamics SL and are used to hitting enter to move to the next field.
